Skylar arrived on time and went to work helping to remove remainder of soaked carpet and moved furniture. This team were very courteous and organized. They finished removing carpet drying floors and set up 2 fans. Definitely would call this company and group again. Thank U for your prompt service which saved my baseboards and Sheetrock. Winter of 2021 won’t soon be forgotten.

Having used K&M many times for our houses I am always pleased to see Rey Rodriguez. He is thorough to explain the billing, in the cleaning of all areas we agree are to be cleaned and in his follow
up to ensure my expectations were met and many times exceeded. Great technician who knows his craft well!

Customer service skills/interactions were very good. Very honest & explained that what I was told was incorrect or misunderstood. I did not misunderstand. At any rate the floors looked very clean, but I’m not 100% satisfied with grout. Both gentlemen were respectful & helpful.

The guys texted when in route. They were here at the start time, got right to work. They asked me to check their work as they finished. Quality work and great customer service.

I’ve had both Rey and Josh do carpet cleaning for me. Both were excellent. This is the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used in Austin. They were very personable and very knowledgeable of their craft!

Not only were they less expensive than their competitors, they were very flexible and available when I needed them, the team that came out were very professional, helpful with a recommendation, completed the job efficiently and were friendly! I will keep them on speed dial for any future needs and will recommend them to friends and family:)

Used K & M to clean carpet in three rooms and tile in two bathrooms and kitchen. They arrived on time and the two service guys were very professional. I showed them several spots on the carpet that were worse than other areas and they got the spots out very well. They also did a great job on the tile and grout, and afterwards our bathroom grout looked new again. After leaving and the carpet dried I noticed in two areas of our carpet in two bedrooms, that get the most traveled, there was a little grayness in the carpet, which seems like should have come out. After noticing this I contacted K & M and told Lillian about the areas. She set up a time with me later in the same week and two service guys came out and worked on the areas at no charge. The areas came out great and I could not be happier with the quality of service, professionalism, and helpfulness. Great Job!!
