Ken, with K&M, was incredible. I had a difficult issue with my Travertine that was tricky to repair. Ken stuck with it to ensure it was complete not only to my satisfaction, but to his! I was also on a very tight timeline as my house was going on the market. I am very grateful for Ken and K&M and cannot say enough to show my gratitude.

Carpets look great but seemed a little wet at the end of the day. Emailed K&M, and received an immediate response from Ken himself. He drove out the following day to inspect the carpets. Most of the moisture had dissipated after running fans all night, but he left 3 high power blowers to unsure the carpets are completely dry. Ken also offered to come back to touch up a couple heavy traffic areas for us. I'm thrilled with Ken's responsiveness and the level of Customer Service both he and his crew provided. Definitely recommend K&M if you're looking for a professional, reliable, and responsive company that wants to ensure you are satisfied. We are very happy customers!

Lance and his helper (forgive me for forgetting his name....I think Willie, but may be wrong) came out and got far more out of my carpet than I thought was possible. They were very polite and worked really hard. Mike came out and did two carpet patches, and did an excellent job. I spoke with the owner, personally, and he was also a really good person who really cares about his staff, as well as his customers. You can hear the genuine admiration for them in his voice/words. Nicole was also a pleasure to speak with, over the phone and via email. She was very quick to respond, too. You can tell when an employer is good to his (or her) staff, because they actually care about what they are doing, which extends to how they treat their customers. I will use this company, every single time, and recommend them to everyone I know. The price was fair, too!

Excellent job of steam cleaning the carpet and our tile. They went through the whole house with us, in the beginning, and finished in a little over 2 hours! Looking forward to the next time!

Carpets looks amazing in one of our rentals!! They were efficient! Important to have them quote all charges upfront though. I was surprised by extra charges for a ‘oversized’ room.
