I booked K&M to steam clean my mattress and a couch, after they had been in storage for months. The two reps did a great job cleaning both items. They informed me of what they were going to do, and how. The services provided were great quality, great value, and rendered professionally. The lead tech educated me on how to clean up messes on upholstery, as they arise, as well as adequately informing me how long items would take to dry. I would use K&M again!
