Skyler & Caleb did a great job. There were two glitches - no "on the way" text or phone call prior to arrival and no foam squares on truck. Furniture had to be crammed into kitchen/dining area and on top of beds. Retired couple now stuck until carpets thoroughly dry to reposition heavy furniture. Crew apologized for this oversight. Ask questions to make sure crew has everything on board truck and that they can move, reposition furniture with foam squares when finished.
