K&M is the GOAT.
Let me tell you about K&M... I had an issue with my dryer- it overheated. I called my warranty &they sent out a "repairman" - if you can call him that. "Handyman" says he's gotta order parts & come back. "Handyman" says the dryer overheated b/c we need our dryer ducts cleaned. So, I call my dad he says call K & M, that's who we use. I call & I schedule. When I tell you they checked every duct, every crack, every puff of wind. They showed me everything. They were so nice, explained everything. So then the "repairman" brought the WRONG PART. Finally he showed up with the part puts it in and when it still overheated tried to say it was the ducts. I can TELL this "repairman" was NOT being honest. He's put three different parts in and this third one is still overheating but it's the duct?...
