They were punctual, looked over what we wanted cleaned and explained the pricing. We discussed what we would need to do to prepare for carpet stretching in a future visit. When finished, they explained how long it would take for each area to dry. We had carpet and kitchen floor tile cleaned. Very pleasant young men. We will use K&M again.

The service was prompt and well done. There were a few stains that didn't come off but we just moved in so no idea what or how long have been there for. Overall good service.

Did not want me to vacuum first. Did tour with us and then started upstairs cleaning. Completed all rooms and deodorize and finished racking in just over 1 hour. The rooms look fantastic, smell wonderful, and we couldn't be happier.
We thought we would have to replace carpet soon but it looks sooo good, we can wait.

This the second time in a year that I have used K&M cleaning to remove pet stains and odor from two of my condo properties. Ken, the owner, has inspected both properties and efficiently removed all signs of "pet living" in both properties. Ken is knowledgeable about all aspects of improving your quality of life in living spaces. Excellent work, and extremely affordable pricing. Will continue to use K&M services, and recommend them to all!
