Arthur was who I spoke with but there was another gentlemen who was helping. He was right on time and very professional. They were in and out in less than an hour! Granted I'm in a 1 bed apartment on the 3rd floor and only needed the main areas cleaned but i have no doubt that if i had the room cleaned too they still would've been done quickly. My carpets look like the day they were replaced (5 months ago). I will definitely keep close eyes on my 2 fur minions who required me to reach out in the first place. For sure whenever it's time for me to move out or if I need the carpets cleaned again, I know who to call. Thanks team!
