They helped me to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning well in advance. On the day of the move they were prompt, very courteous, and very professional. They worked really hard all day and even made a run back to the house to get a few things that I had not previously asked them to move. It was extra trouble, but they didn’t complain at all. There were three movers and they were all very professional very caring of the objects they were moving, and worked hard the entire time they were there. We actually got the job done earlier than expected 😊👍🏼

These folks are awesome. This is the 2nd time they have done my carpet cleaning. Everytime they do an amazing job on my home. Super very easy to work with. They are a little on expensive side than others I searched for but I guess good folks are not cheap.
Phil and Mike also helped me patch a part of the carpet.

Tile floors and shower steam cleaned and grout sealed. Good work and a good value. The workers were heavy smokers which affected my asthma (although they did not smoke inside the house of course).

Had the dryer vent cleaned. The tech showed up on time and sent text when he was en route (some don't do that). Friendly tech who showed me what he was doing and showed me the results. Unlike other companies, K&M did not charge extra because the venting line ran the several feet to the outside exhaust. Some of the other companies I contacted because of heavy couponing to my neighborhood, would have charged twice the amount, or more, simply because the venting line was more than 3 feet to the exterior exhaust.

I called K&M Steam Cleaning on a Friday afternoon and they came the next Tuesday. They cleaned over 1,000 sq ft of tile flooring and my house has never looked this bright! I was shocked at what a huge difference the cleaning made. There was over 9 years of kids, dogs, and parties on these floors and I thought I kept them clean. Now I know that my cleaning was very superficial. I expected the grout to be a brighter color after cleaning, but the tiles them selves look fantastic too. It was also less expensive and way faster than I expected. I'm in awe of the service that was performed.

This company provided excellent service and the crew were knowledgeable, speedy and friendly. I would absolutely use them again and refer others to their service. We had really bad ceramic tile with questionable grout, but these guys went right in and made it happen. We have "new" looking ceramic tile now. Our clients will appreciate it!
