I’ve been using K&M for 25 years, and the service and staff (both on-site and in the main office) are always first-rate. The cleaners always take time to make sure the carpet and upholstery are cleaned thoroughly and with care. This particular visit, I called asking if they could fit me in that day. They did! They reworked their afternoon schedule to work me in. This has been typical of my experience w/ K&M over the years. I’ve never been given a single reason to use anyone else.

Can restored by damage to Granite from stains and discoloration. He got it nice and clean and resealed it so it is good as new. Ken and his team are very professional I will definitely use them again in the future if needed

I am a REALTOR (eXp Realty) and I am selling my personal home in Leander (northwest of Austin) I am trying to get on the market. I called around trying to find a place with good reviews that had availability. K&M gave me an estimate to clean the floor tile grout and floor tile. The gentleman who came to do the work was very professional, did an amazing job! I am so happy! I definitely will recommend them and use them again! The tile looks so clean you could "eat off them".

This is our second time having K & M clean our carpets and will continue using them. Customer service is fantastic, response time is fast, quality of products and service provided is fantastic, the carpets are so clean and soft, the two gentlemen that came out were very kind, considerate, personable and thorough. We have multiple dogs and ferrets and automatically do the pet treatment in both rooms, it smells so good and genuinely works.
