Repeat customer here, usually for carpet, this time for tile and grout. Excellent work, really brought the floors back to life. Before K&M, the grout was discolored throughout from different spills and cleaning products/care over the years. Aesthetically, rough on the eyes, as there was no uniform or balance to the floor pattern. After K&M, the grout has been restored to it's original color throughout and the pattern once again pleases as designed.

Requested first available service and they were out the next business day, on time (actually 10 min early, which I LOVE) and their techs are very respectful and cordial. They educated my wife and me on secrets for long-term grout care and there was no upsell pressure. Really put us at ease.

I will use them again. After poor service from other business' it was great to have polite and timely responses from K&M. The entire job took only an hour. The set in stains on my white chairs came right out.

We had a cream and petroleum based stains on areas of carpet. Ben, the service rep that came out, was very experienced and professional. All the spots came out so we had him clean and seal all our tile grout lines. I would use and recommend K&M again!
