They did an excellent job. I realized how much time and money I've wasted trying to do it with consumer grade cleaning machines. I should have just called the professionals at the outset and I would have saved a lot of money and gotten the job done right

I picked K&M Cleaning because they also do carpet repair! They were able to repair the carpet at the same time they performed the steam cleaning. They also cleaned and sealed my ceramic tile and grout, and made recommendations for how I can maintain the sealant. Once on-site, they set up quickly and were in-and-out in less than 2 hours. I will use them again!

I had posted an average review earlier due to how though the vent cleaning went smoothly the cleanup with my dryer vent was not up to satisfaction. Within minutes I was contacted by K&M regarding my dissatisfaction. I explained the situation and sent pictures. I was then contacted by Ken the owner who was apologetic and explained this is not how they do business. He personally came out and fixed the problem. I couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism and commitment to a job well done. I will be using them going forward for any of my needs. Thank you Ken!
