K&M Steam Cleaning

Very efficient and professional!

I used K&M to clean my sofa due to some recent home construction. I was their last appointment of the day so they arrived at the end of their allotted time of 12:30-4:30pm. They arrived right at 4:30pm and they were here for two hours. My project took them a while to complete for one sectional sofa. I think it took them too long. They also will use your own water supply for their cleaning machine. The crew was nice but I think they moved too slow. Their pricing is also way higher than the competition. I can say this because I've had this same piece of furniture cleaned by another company that required only one technician and he did it in half the time for half the cost. I do believe they did a great job. My sofa is as clean as it was new. However, I will shop around more next time I need this job done. I'll will use K&M as a backup in the future.

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They even loved saying hi to our pets! They explained everything and were very respectful of our home and property. I would highly recommend K&M.
