K&M Steam Cleaning

I have worked with K & M for over 25 years for both my rental properties and my home. The results are always excellent! It will really surprise you just how much difference it makes. You won’t be disappointed! Keep up the work! Best Regards, William

I was so sure that our travertine tile floors in our main living area and kitchen were beyond restoration after years and years of neglect, high traffic, spills and scratches. Ken promised they could do it and did they deliver! The team was so professional and meticulous that I couldn't stop peeking on them to see the transformation take place in front of my very eyes. I hope I won't need them again for a while, but if I do, I know who to call! I am more than pleased and I would refer them to anyone

They did a great job. You all are family now.

They were on time and quick. It almost seemed to quick. I felt pressured to add in pet deodorizer to my service. Other than that I am happy with the service

I’ve used K&M for years. Always very professional and give me great tips for between cleanings.

Cleaners were able to spot treat rug and sofa same day. Not the greatest value since they were here for only 10 min and charged $139. Other places charge $99 for 3 rooms!

Alex and his partner showed up on time, addressed my areas of concern and worked efficiently to get job done. The results are great! And I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know who may need professional cleaning done. Thank you!

Michael was the best carpet cleaner I have ever had! Rock Star Status!!

Mike is very professional and thorough in doing his job . I have 5 rooms , stairs and hallway that need some good cleaning . He managed to remove some of the stains (like kids paint ). I am very happy about his work .

We needed quick service due to emergency carpet issue; K& M quickly got us scheduled and did a fantastic job. Technician was professional and friendly. I highly recommend K&M.

I have been using K&M for at least 10 years or more. They are ultra friendly and truly professionals. I had used other carpet cleaning services before but with K&M, there is no comparason!

They are professional, friendly and dependable. I'll always recommend K&M Steam Cleaners

Excellent service and excellent cleaning. Very comparable pricing to the other quotes I got.

Michael and Alex were really great. They were super nice and the carpets look soooo much better. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking care of my guest room Carpet and all bathroom tile grout!

They arrived on time, gave us quote, gave us time to make decision, with our acceptance they went to work & finished the steam cleaning thorough yet expedient & as agreed. They were, also very accommodating & helpful with moving & properly replacing all smaller items, I.e. chairs, stands, etc.we are very pleased with their timeliness & work.

The professionalism and quality of my carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning made moving into our new home fresh and clean. The scheduling was flexible and they handled every challenge amazingly. Very satisfied.

The team did a great job explaining the cleaning and stain treatments and got the job done much faster than I expected!

Very responsive, prompt, and professional. Excellent job!!!!!

They were very good and cleaned my sofa very thorogh.

Saw my neighbor getting something cleaned. Decided to see if they could fit in my sofa and two chaise chairs. They could and did. Didn’t know where or who to call but was happy with end result. Need this furniture to last past grandkids and pets and made my wife happy🤓

Great people! Fantastic results!!
