K&M guys showed up on time, sized up the project and went right to work. Carpet stretching was a very challenging effort, but they made the best of a bad situation. Cleaning was thorough and now the carpet looks like new, so much so I hate to have to walk on it. And the tile, I can’t believe it’s the same tile and grout.

Excellent service, Issac and his colleague did a great job on all our carpets and they were very informative on options for pet odours and removing stubborn carpet stains and we were very happy with the end result.

They were nice to deal with. My only complaint is that there was a large coffee stain that didn’t get touched or doesn’t look like it did). They were there for 45 minutes which concerns me considering what we paid and the few stains that didn’t lighten up.
