I'm in service and response time is everything these guys beat me out. I literally got off the phone and scheduled service. And they were there within 10 minutes Day before a holiday. Late afternoon. Unbelievable. A great group of service techs. What highly recommend*

Excellent customer service with scheduling, questions, and the team that showed up to clean the dryer air vent. The gentlemen also helped fix a minor issue with the dryer vent hose by a prior installation.

This review is only for the carpet fixing portion of the job as I am currently awaiting the actual carpet cleaners. The person who came to patch and stretch the carpet was awesome and FAST! Can’t even tell there was ever a problem! And fairly priced as well. I would definitely use them again. More to follow on the cleaning portion once that part is done.

The 2 guys that arrived yesterday to clean our carpets did a great job.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned out, I found K and M steam cleaning online, and made an appointment. Workers showed up in a timely manner. Workers were friendly and did their work quickly and thoroughly.

They were very good at what they and let you know every step made me feel good about what they were doing and very friendly if someone else need help will refer the company to them

The guys did a great job cleaning our white sofa and barstool cushions. Two black labs and a 6 year old boy had made a mess of both. Furniture looks good as new again.

I used K&M to remove cat urine from carpet. The room smelled better instantly and there is no more stain! They went over the entire room with UV light to make sure there weren’t other soils in the room. They answered all of my (many many) questions and gave me advice on how to clean small spots at home in the future. I am so grateful, thanks y’all! (Also same day service with a 10 day warranty!!!)
