K&M Steam Cleaning

I have used K&M steam cleaning for years and they never disappoint. They always do a great job and are very courteous and professional.

The crew was very thorough, answered all my questions, and did not leave a mess. The only improvement I could offer is K&M should tell you to set the AC down to 70 earlier in the day. With the outside temperatures being so high, I am not sure I ever reached 70 degrees.

The experience was great! I selected K&M after a thorough review and they met and exceeded my expectations. I was very surprised at all the dryer vent waste and lint that they removed. They cleaned from the dryer location first to the outside and then from the vent on the outside to the inside several times. They left our utility room and the yard spotless. I highly recommend K&M!!

We had some water damage and had to pull our carpets back to let the room and walls dry out so we called K&M to have it re-stretched and cleaned. Not only did they get us scheduled quickly (within a week), but they got here early in the time window and were out in less than an hour. We ultimately had 2 rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned in addition to the re-stretch. They were professional, thorough, and with my 2 kids running around, patient. Got in and out while my husband and I worked, we barely noticed them. Would highly recommend for quality of service, professionalism and efficiency!
