Josh arrived in a timely manner, got right to work after explaining what he’d do to clean our dryer vent. He was courteous and helpful. After he removed the wad of lint, blocking our vent, explained what we needed to watch for in the future. He left the dryer attached to the vent and in place, after his quick and efficient visit.

The men who delivered my rug were very helpful and pleasant. Put pad and rug just where it looked best.

We just had a move-out cleaning, and let me paint the picture: 6 people, 2 full-grown dogs, 2 puppies, and carpets that had truly seen some things. I’m talking absolutely wrecked — stains, traffic patterns, and mystery spots we don’t even want to discuss.
K&M came in and worked actual magic. I don’t know what kind of wizardry they use, but the carpets now look AMAZING — clean, fresh, and shockingly close to new. We were honestly blown away by the transformation.
