I had my carpets cleaned by K&M this morning. We used Tony and Brent from Austin and they were fantastic! Very detailed in their work, worked very hard to remove stains in my daughters room, respectful and knowledgeable to speak with. They also moved a couch around to finish an entire rug. Even though I only asked to do half of it because the couch was in the way , I was thrilled! Highly recommend using them for your next cleaning services!

Isaac came out and immediately went to work. He was to get the dryer vent cleaned and also determined that there was no outside vent due to a house flipper cutting it and running wood siding over it. While he and K&M don’t that kind of work he was able to get me touch with someone who does.

Great steam cleaning. The two gentlemen arrived and got started very fast and were done quickly. Great explanations on everything. I appreciated not being sold on services I really didn't want to pay for as other companies have tried to do that. Josh, the tech, was very informed and helpful. The carpets and my rug look great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the arrival window was 10-1 and I was told they would call when on the way. I had to call twice to make sure they were coming. The team was behind on their last job and they arrived about 1:30 but a courtesy call in that situation would have been very kind after waiting around for several hours. Other than that, very pleased and would recommend and use again.

The technicians came right on time. Texted me 20 minutes before arrival. Discussed with me what I needed and got right to work. Did a great job. We’re able to get out some tough food stains. I was happy as I have been before. This is the third time I have used them.

The folks at K&M really came through for me and knocked it out of the park. Nicole found a way to fit me in last minute, and she made sure I benefitted from a number of discounts. The actual steam cleaners who came to the apartment —Josh and another young man— were polite, friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions while they worked around the chaos of my apartment in the middle of spring cleaning. And “work” is the operative word: they busted their tails. My furniture hadn’t been professionally cleaned in nearly 15 years and they literally put their backs into thoroughly cleaning for hours. My furniture hasn’t looked this good since I bought it.
