K&M Steam Cleaning

I've used K&M for the last few years. I like to start the year out right getting my rugs and sectional cleaned and they usually have some good deals. They do a very efficient job and are in and out fast. Would highly reccommend!

This is my 4th time using K&M for cleaning service. I had them clean all my couches for 3 different rooms in my home. They did a great job as usual. I've previously had carpet and vinyl floors in home as well.

K&M was very thorough. They were called to clean and empty house of my Father who did not have the strength to clean in the last few years. The carpet and tile are the original since build. They were very thorough and did the very best they could. The carpet and tile look so much better to put the house up for sale. Thank you to the team.

I had a great experience with K&M. The whole process was easy and they provided amazing customer service. From the initial call to inquire about services, they walked me through the pricing and scheduling, and were able to schedule something quickly. We did a steam clean for a large wool area rug, a leather treatment on our couch and steam cleaned our chair cushions. On the day of, the cleaner was right on time, super friendly and helpful, walked me through the process and pricing, and was done in an hour. Everything looks great!!!

They did a good job, my only issue is it's getting dark outside and they finished a little bit ago. I was advised to leave my a/c on for 5-6 hours. Don't quite understood why they would do a job so late in the winter time. it gets cold when the sun goes down! I'm not from this state and when my husband scheduled the job this wasn't mentioned to us. We came from a dry state and had no idea this is what it was. Me and my kids have to be in the house with lows of 35° tonight while running the A/C till 10-11 tonight to dry the carpets. Had we been advised of this we would have asked for a morning appt and waited

The team did a great job! I got the keys to our new home and the house needed to be cleaned before we moved in. Desperately looking for a company who could come out that day to clean the carpets and shower tiles, I called several companies and found K&M on Reddit as a reputable and highly respected company. I called Tuesday morning at 9:30 and they said they could put me on a waitlist. They called me back about 20 min later and told me they could come out immediately and do the job! They arrived on time and worked quickly and were very professional. I can see why they have so many recommendations and a great reputation. The carpet which were “cleaned” by the previous owner were surprisingly still dirty, you could immediately see the difference in how clean the carpet got when the K&M team was working. They also cleaned the shower tile and grout, so much nastiness was coming...
