Fast service and the old carpet cleaned up great considering it's age. The price has gone up over the last few years. I had a little sticker shock but I will call them again.

K &M are great! I called 2 other companies out to clean my dryer vent but they told me my roof was too steep. Ken with K&M came out with a crew used ropes to get on my roof and cleaned my dryer vent. They are very professional and did a job other companies wouldn’t do!

Josh and Nate showed up on time and took the time to clean the air ducts, change our filters, clean the returns and the dryer vent. They were very professional and handled everything with care. It is nice to have a dust free home to breathe better. Thanks K&M.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism!

I was able to get same-day carpet cleaning, and it was a super fast process overall. The technician they sent out, Arthur, was very knowledgable and listened to my issue as well as explained the process to me. The only thing I wish was included was drying because I did have to go to Home Depot to rent fans to make sure everything dried ok. When you're already paying so much to have the carpets cleaned, it'd be nice to not have the additional expense.

The guys were polite and friendly and went the extra mile to get the job done.

Great service from K&M Steam Cleaning today! It was easy to schedule my preferred day and time online, and they came within the agreed upon time window. I had some stubborn coffee and soda stains that they were able to completely lift out, thankfully! Also were given helpful tips on spot treatment for future stains. I recommend their services for the toughest of stains!

The guys did a Great job! Tony was Awesome! I was pleased with the work they did. They also do carpet repairs and furniture cleaning. However, be sure to get a price quote before booking as there was confusion over a coupon I had. K&M ended up making the price correction so I was happy about that but I had to speak with a supervisor.

K&M Steam cleaning did an outstanding job on my carpet cleaning! They were quickly and professionally responsive to my call. Josh, the technician, was kind and did a great job with my pet stains. I highly recommend them.

I had a small issue with one of the rugs the guys originally cleaned. Most companies would say "out of warranty" however K&M promptly came back and fixed it better than I could have hoped. Honest work and they stand behind it. Customer for life. :)

Not only were the two gentlemen that cleaned our carpets professtonal but also helpful and considerate. i was working in my garage and when they spotted me lifting something, they jumped into offering their help which shows me that they have a great work ethic and will be valuable to this world and to God! Thank you both. BTW - Our son will be moving out soon and I have another rental I will be selling soon and we will keep K & M's contact number on hand. God bless
