Carpet looks great and the 2 young gentleman who were here were very professional and nice! I was greatly disappointed as I asked to add 2 runners (thin runners,nothing crazy) but was told I couldn’t because the carpet was already paid for and they did not have a way to get an invoice for the runners. I also was told it would be $80 to do the 2 runners and then the gentleman told me it was going to be $179 due to the invoice issue etc. How does it go up $100 in 10 minutes and nothing changed, it still could not have been done. Disappointed. But we will have them come back for sure, just wish I would have planned better.
