K&M Steam Cleaning is great! We had a cat urine issue in our new baby’s nursery and they’ve been such a great help at getting the carpet fresh and clean and eliminating the smell. The tech, Tony was so helpful and informative about the processes and what to expect, as well as quick, efficient and courteous. Working with the company is really easy as a busy mom with a newborn, and I appreciate being able to communicate and schedule via text message, since getting on a phone call can be challenging. I definitely recommend K&M and will be using their services in the future

There was a problem with the machinery upon arrival, and technician tried to get it to work. The problems continued, and the technician understood our time constraints due to a move. He accommodated us by going back to the office and getting another vehicle with working equipment right during the start of the evening rush hour. The carpets came out amazing. We so appreciated everything K & M staff did to make this happen for us. Thank you so much!!

K&M did almost our entire house. Carpet, wood floors and tile. Did a great job in a timely fashion.
