I paid for the sofa and the box springs on the bed frame to be steam cleaned. (There is no mattress on the springs right now.)
The 2 tasks were not done satisfactorily. I'm trying to clean the box springs with a hair dryer as directed (before the mattress is delivered this afternoon), but sparks have shot out three times between the springs and the hair dryer. I want to get any bugs out of the springs before the new mattress arrives at 1:00pm. The springs have never been cleaned.

I've been so pleased with K&M in the past. I certainly would have recommended them. Sadly this leaves me in a TERRIBLE bind.

I'm 65, trying to make ends meet on social security, and I'm a 2-time cancer survivor.

I know it's shortly after 6am on Sunday, but if there's any way someone could make this right, I'd be more than happy to rewrite this review....

They were super helpful and able to accommodate same day emergency service. Cleaners were really nice and quick and efficient. There were some deeper issues with my carpet and they were able to come back and make it look even better, taking care to ensure I was happy with the results.

K&M Steam Cleaning has great communication! They gave me a 6-hour window of time during the work day for their appointment and stayed in touch with me made sure I missed as little work as possible. Then they worked miracles on the exorbitant amounts of cat fur imbedded in the couches and removed several old stains. Thank you for the high quality service!

I specifically called K&M as they had very high ratings and reviews. The price paid was on higher end but so were the stains in the rental property. They did an excellent job fixing the carpet and make the house look as if it was new. Will definitely hire them again for my rentals and primary. When things don't go right, how the company responds makes the difference. Highly recommend asking for Xavier. He is good.
