I highly recommend K&M Steam Cleaning. They are so professional and service-minded. At the last minute, we had a conflict with the house cleaners who were still cleaning the house, and K&M offered to do another smaller job and come back the same day to do our move-out carpet cleaning, which was a lifesaver. They were so very nice, and even our landlord said the carpets looked amazing. Don't hire anyone else! K&M is a cut above all the rest.

Shoutout to K&M team for another amazing clean on our carpets! They do much more too if you need anything reach out to them, they will take care of you too. :)

Had K&M cleaned my sofa and cleared my dryer vent. I can honestly say Tony (our technician) hates dirt. Dude is seriously dedicated. Tony is still here cleaning away and it’s 9 pm. My sofas look new! Will be using K&M again.

The K&M staff are friendly, knowledgeable about various carpet cleansers, and on time. When they missed a couple of spots with the original cleaning they were back the next day to take care of it. I appreciated their high quality work.

We have had K & M Steam Cleaning for at least 15 years + and we never had a complaint until the last time. We were upset because of two things: We expected them to do the job in the morning (as we always request) but they did not get here until 3: 00 PM. The second complaint was they your company went up in price and we nor inform. We have a very small house. Normally they only do the open areas except on the den and living room which are rather small. We had never exceed paying more than $ 150. Plus we always pay for extracting (super clean). Also this last time the workers left a lot of water in the floor and it took a lot of time for it to dry. Nevertheless after discussing this with my wife we will continue to request your service because in the past you have done an exemplary job. I'm told the tech arrived in a timely fashion and was considerate of my partner. My problem is that I was contractually obligated in the lease with AustinVester to use this service and I have never paid so much to have two rooms of carpet cleaned. I would not have selected this company once I heard the quote.
