They take great pride in their workmanship and are very careful in putting things back in place. They've done pressure washing to remove mildew on my front porch and back patio which both look renewed. In my master bedroom, they stretched out the carpet that was buckling and cleaned it whole room. It looks fabulous!

Carlito and Alex were friendly and professional. My couches and rug look great!

I have always had good service with K&M, but today I can tell you the guys went above and beyond! They spotted things I hadn't noticed and took care of them. They also offered a service I didn't know they had (stretching those pesky lumps that develop in the carpet) and made everything look great again! 🤩

The technicians were professional and efficient with cleaning our dryer vent. The only suggestion is to clean up outside where all the lint was blown when they are done.

We had an urgent issue and the first company I thought to call was K&M steaming. They had done a service for us before and we liked the results. When I called, Nicole connected me to Ken and he explained all of our options and had a technician dispatched to our house within 30 min. Austin and another team member worked really hard to complete the service we asked for. Austin was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to get the job done. We are super thankful!

We purchased a home that likely at some point contained incontinent pets, which had resulted in stains in the concrete underneath the carpet/linoleum as well as a really strong foul odor. DIY attempts to remove the odor ultimately helped a bit, but failed to eradicate the smell.

After researching, K&M Steam Cleaning came to my attention as they offer services to clean concrete, address pet odors, etc. We were in a bit of a rush to get the work done as we couldn’t proceed with further renovations until the bad odors had been eliminated. Ken, the owner, personally came out to give us a free estimate and
was able to get the job scheduled for the next day.

We couldn’t be happier with the work that they did for us and will definitely be using them again in the future should we need their services.

The K&M Steam Cleaning team showed up on time, after letting me know they were on their way, and walked me through everything they were going to do. Super polite and careful not to scrape or damage anything with the equipment -- and updated me on the results when they were done. Carpeting looks great! A very positive experience!

The guys were very nice and efficient. 2 rooms with closest took a little under 10 mins. Super fast. Maybe a bit overpriced though.
