I was NOT happy with this tile service! LEFT THE FLOORS with dark spots, looks like too much soap used, and soap residue left on floors!

I dropped off my living room rug to be cleaned after my dog peed on in several times. I priced several places, two I had used before and was happy, but K&M was the most reasonable and had a short lead time. They did a great job cleaning my rug. It looks like new and smells clean! If you have pet urine, I recommend taking your rug in to be cleaned at their facility. Urine stains need to be cleaned from the back side. You couldn't even seen the stains from the front, but you could smell them! They were visible on the back side, though. K&M knew this and cleaned both sides. Highly recommend.

The office was very responsive and helpful. The technician called when he was 30 minutes away, which was great. And both technicians were extremely professional and did an excellent job.
