My carpets were in pretty bad shape & they are now much cleaner and smell better. Things that could have been done better though: I probably would not have gotten the pet treatment if I had known it was going to be such a strong smell. Also my carpets are still damp two days later!

They had the knowledge and ability to remove a permanent stain on a quartz countertop caused by an aloe vera plant. During the consultation, Ken let me know there there is a possibility that it will not work. I appreciated their honesty. Luckily, in my case their technique worked to remove the stain. I'm so thankful for their knowledge and abilities. They are a company whose consultations you can trust. Don't hesitate to use them.

I was referred to K&M by my general contractor. They did a good job cleaning 4 chairs. They initially steam cleaned bathroom tile and grout, but had to return to resolve some concerns with respect to the tile cleaning. Ken, came over to inspect and resolve any issues.

Awesome place! Called within an hour with a quote, answered all of my questions, and had someone out to clean my carpets within 24 hours. The team showed up on time, finished thier work with fantastic looking results, and i couldn't be happier with the service. I'll be calling for thier other services soon.

Honest guys, hard working, and extremely careful and knowledgeable, would leave 6 stars if I could. I had them come and clean out my dryer vent which had never been cleaned before, they had to get on the roof, in the attic, and really work to get this thing unclogged but they got it done and did a great job. Give these guys a call if you want it done right!

Tyler and Nate did a fantastic job. They were in and out in 30 minutes or so and left our carpets looking and smelling wonderful. And the price was reasonable too! Would definitely use them again when we need a carpet refresh.
