K & M Steam Cleaning did a fabulous job with our carpets. They came on time too! Was most impressed when they brought in towels, it was a rainy day and their feet had tracked some leaves into the house. Spotless when they left and the carpets looked wonderful.

We are a fan of K&M. We have used them 5-6 times now. We have used to clean carpet, rugs, couches and chairs. They are quick, show up on time, and are priced very well. We had some black funk on our tile from using a certain cleaning product. They moved all the furniture and cleaned the tile and grout using a cleaning product with acid ….it was that bad. It looks brand new!!! Thanks again K&M

Look at them little spot before and after. You can see how bad it was. I need to post the after pics. They are amazing.

I have used K&M multiple times for area rugs and upholstered furniture. Each time they have shown up on time, in uniform and have offered advice on how to keep my household items in good shape. I like that they send reminders and offer discounts for return customers. The employees are friendly and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They are my go to cleaners in Austin.

Hands-down, the best company that I have used in a long time customer service was amazing from the first phone call so personable and did an amazing job on our composite deck. Ken is amazing. They know what they’re doing and they treat you like family and they make sure that you’re satisfied before they even start putting their equipment away. This is the only company that I will be using in the future for all of the wonderful services that they offer. I can tell you right now you won’t go wrong when hiring Ken and his company. I wish I had found them sooner!

I had the team come back and clean floors again. This time, they color sealed the grout in our master shower - it was mismatched during a Reno and it looks good as new.

I used K&M to steam my tile and seal grout. The technicians were really courteous and did a great job. I knew I needed this done, but wow… it’s like I have all new floors. Definitely recommend.
I only had them do part of the house but I’ll get them back to do the rest soon.
