K&M have cleaned carpets in two of my homes along with an area rug and a couch. Everything was done thoroughly and they left the homes in pristine condition. Xavier was especially helpful during both visits! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

The overall quality of the cleaning was good, not great, but that’s not a reflection on the professionalism and effectiveness of the group. I had greater expectations of what to expect for the pricing but the carpets are definitely better than before!

Contacting and setting up the appointment was so easy and the reps I spoke to were professional and efficient with time.

The crew who arrived gave plenty of notice and kept in contact throughout the process. Shout out to Carlito for his friendly and professional demeanor.

We also appreciated a photo texted ahead of time for us to identify whom to expect upon arrival.

Five stars for the experience of working with the representative and crew. The cleaning brought the space cleanliness but I was expecting more. A great experience none the less.
