Great experience. The crew was courteous, professional, and fast. This 15+ year old carpet looks almost new!

We brought in a carpet we bought off marketplace that had an intense odor. We tried everything on our part to get it out but no success. Our last resort was to take it here since their prices are so good. Upon picking it up, we noticed the smell was less but not acceptable. Mario offered to take another go at it (no charge). He had it ready for us in two days and couldn’t believe he got it out! We were so happy that we didn’t have to throw it out and couldn’t recommend this company enough. We will definitely be coming back for anymore carpet cleaning. Great business!

Brian re-colored and sealed two full bathroom floors for me today. He did an exceptional job from start to finish. He helped me choose the right color, and it was perfect! He was fast and efficient. Brian and Carlito did a great job! They were both very courteous and professional.  I found K&M to be a whole lot more customer service oriented than a big company competitor of theirs.  The time window that K&M offers for the customer is completely reasonable.  The office administrator was great (I forgot her name) and the communication was top notch. I will be calling them this coming holiday season for some help with my area rugs and wood floors.
