This was the first time I had my carpets and area rug cleaned professionally and K & M Cleaning did a wonderful job! Arthur and his assistant were great. They arrived at the beginning of the window and cleaned our four carpeted rooms and area rug thoroughly in less than an hour. We live in Taylor so we did have to pay an outside of Austin trip fee.

Skyler and Caleb were so efficient and professional in handling my house’s needs! This company is always so friendly, informative, thorough, and flexible. Hope we get the same two next time, as I highly recommend!

From Rulina in the office to Skyler the technician K&M took care of all of needs! Our dog Apollo passed away on Tuesday, I called K&M on Thursday and unfortunately K&M did not have any availability, I explained the situation and that I was in town from California until Sunday and wanted upholstery cleaning for my son before I left.

Within an hour Rulina called me back. They moved something’s around and were able to fit us in on Saturday. I can not thank this tremendous team enough!

they gave me important info on my initial phone call. Had a file that I had used them a few years before at another home. the men who did tthe work were on time, very courteous, very helpful & left my home with much care. the cleaning of the carpet wan excellent & the price was right

We opted for drop off services for our white, synthetic, shag rug, and it was seamless. We were greeted warmly, and they assisted us with unloading the rug. At pickup, the rug looked beautiful, and they happily helped us load it back into our vehicle. The price was quite reasonable, too. I will definitely use K&M Steam Cleaning again.
