I know there’s a lot of negative reviews for this place. I put my son into this daycare back in April after being very wary of putting him into the somersworth location after they had popped up in fosters a few years back, but I gave them a chance since it had been a long while since that And giving them a chance was one of the best things I did. My son absolutely loves going there and getting to see all the friends he’s made and see his teacher. The teachers, there are absolutely amazing and they’ve listened to every concern I’ve had about my son, from not talking all the way up to helping with potty training him. Since my son started there he has been talking a bit more than he used too, he gets excited when I tell him that we’re going for a car ride to daycare. This place is atrocious. If I could give zero stars I would. On multiple occasions they were unsafe and when I spoke to the manager about it, she was very matter of fact and trying to behave as if things didn't happen. Wouldn't even look into it. Early March I came there to find my child's snow boots soaking wet to the point where they were warm, so you know she has had them in for awhile. She was 3 years old at the time, talking about they can't do anything about the kids feet getting wet. So what about checking them once they come in. There was still snow outside and melting at the time. Another occasion they allowed my daughter to play in the dirt and I don't know if she got bitten by bugs or what but she had tons of tiny pimples on her skin, all over. We have had such a wonderful experience at Kid’s Culture. Our daughter is our top priority and they continually meet our needs and exceed our expectations. The ability to see what she is up to during the day, right down to the type of food she and how much she ate. We can check in with the teacher if need be and they respond promptly. She comes home every day happy and that’s how we know she is happy there as well. Highly recommend! We moved to the area and were put on several waitlists. The staff at Kid’s Culture was communicative and accommodating towards our situation and worked to get our son in a class ASAP. We are very happy with how caring the staff has been and how happy our little one is when we pick him up. The staff is great about using the Procare app for updates through the day. 5+ stars for the teachers. They truly are the best teachers, they really do care for the kids, my son had and still had such a good bond with them. Accounting/owner or whoever deals with money, I would give 0 stars. They want your bank info so they can automatically take out their money, but they will double charge you and claim it was an accident... After I transferred my son to another daycare, they charged me for the week after and never returned my money. After about a week they started ignoring my emails. I was warned about this but looked past it because the teachers are amazing. Just be careful with your money here. Read more >

Unfortunately I have to do one stars to even get a review but they deserve nothing but an inspection & to be shut down. My son has been singled out , targeted over the course of 3 weeks , in between the last almost year he’s been there. Saying he hits, kicks & bites the staff , I can whole heartedly tell you he doesn’t do that at home, friends house or for people we have over with children. He has came home with a beat red bottom from not being properly wiped, he has came home with a black eye & scratch marks from other peers & once was a teacher, while in the office on Friday having to sign a behavioral paper I heard a teacher yelling at my (name) to “put his shoes on now” multiple times but never once heard a please or thank you or even a polite way of saying it.
