I had been thinking about buying a condo in Myrtle Beach for a couple years. I was down playing golf with 3 friends and became acquainted with Natalie Cruse from The Trembley Group. She showed me beachfront condos and was also prepared with spread sheets showing price points, along with 3-5 year rental histories on each of the condos. We spent an afternoon looking at a few condos, then we analyzed all of the data together and found a unit in the Landmark building that we put an offer in on. Our trip came to an end and we left to come back to Michigan. Natalie put the deal together even though I wasn't there. Everything went very smoothly and we ended up closing the deal in about 2 weeks. The timing was perfect as we are coming into the high rental season. I was very impressed with the service Natalie provided for me. She was there to answer all of my questions and was always 2 steps...

This review is specific to Jeremy Jenks. I know nothing of the Trembley Group, but I can say without reservation that Jeremy Jenks is the ultimate professional. Not only does he exemplify knowledge in his field, he does so in a friendly, honest, and trusting manner that makes you want to purchase from him. He is wonderfully responsive to all situations. I encountered an issue with our new home build and a broken promise from the homebuilder. Had it not been for our respect and appreciation of the effort put forth by Jeremy, I would have cancelled this purchase. He is terrific and I give him the highest marks possible.

Since we did not live in the area at the time, it was a little more difficult to oversee things but through it all Jeremy was very helpful and answered all our questions.
