We used Christina Gray from the Trembley group to buy our first home! I met Lora Coward through a friend and from the time she said hello I knew she was a person I could trust and would one day be my friend.

My husband and I live in Maryland and decided a while ago that we wanted to retire in South Carolina, somewhere near the beach, but we didn't want to be in the busy congested areas. We have been to Myrtle Beach several times and loved it but wanted to be about 30 to 45 minutes outside of the town but were unsure if we'd be able to find something we loved and could afford.

From the very first time I visited Myrtle Beach almost 8 years ago, Lora was there to show me the best places to go and take my young children. She has welcomed me and my family with open arms into her community and her house. We look forward to our annual trip to Myrtle Beach as a family to visit with Lora each year. My kids start talking about our July trip around Christmas and ask ther see we will see Lora! She even helped us find a babysitter we could trust who will watch my kids every year for an adult date night. That isn’t an easy feat!

Brad Edmond was very helpful and patient with us and our search for a vacation property. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I will use Brad again in the future for any real estate purchases.

I can't say enough fantastic things about Brad. My husband and I were literally all over the place, and we had pockets of availability that may have made other agents cringe. Brad was immediately responsive, guided us through the home buying process so that we were able to make more informed decisions, and even had our backs and contacted insurance firms to check out flood plans/insurance in the home we were interested in. At the end, he even had to work an auction for us because the home we wanted was put up for auction the day we saw it and decided we wanted that house. Brad won the auction for us! In short, if you need any realtor services, I HIGHLY recommend Brad, and his group. They have made this a very very pleasant experience!

Buying a new home can be a stressful event, especially when trying to buy your first home. My fiancé and I recently started our search and requested more information on a home that we liked. We were immediately contacted by the Trembley Group, and were assigned to Lora Coward. I don't know if we were randomly chosen to have Lora represent us or not, but we could not have asked for a better realtor. After meeting with her for about 10 min, we instantly new that we hit the jackpot of all realtors. I first met Lora around 10 years ago through a mutual friend and instantly fell in Love with her. She's defiantly a people person, a go getter done type person, type A personality, loves everyone and will go above and beyond to be there for you even if she just met you and just loves to smile and laugh. Even though Lora is a transplant to the Carolinas, you'd never know it by Her expertise on her surroundings and Horry County. Her Love of the Carolinas is astounding and you won't come across a better person to help you find the home of your dreams.
