I am just getting to the end of my program and I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with the progress I made. My main goal was to lose visceral fat. I started at 162 pounds and am ending at 143 pounds. My visceral fat was at 10 and now it’s 7.
I was pretty skeptical at the beginning when I saw the booklet with the expectations, eating plans, menus, and all that was involved. I didn’t think that I could be that disciplined. It turns out the program was perfect for me.
The support staff was wonderful, always greeting me with a smile. They were there to answer the many questions I asked and giving me helpful tips with some of the foods (menus) I wasn’t crazy about. I really appreciated the time spent with me. Everyone was so kind.
