I have done various diets and programs for many years and was still currently morbidly obese. I was a bit skeptical about signing up again for another program, but after meeting with Dr. Jeremy, I decided I needed to do this for myself. The holidays were coming up, and I did not want to gain more weight, so I signed up in November.
The nutrition program focuses on clean eating. I am not a big meat eater and this is not a high protein diet like so many that I have done previously. I like that the menu suggestions are to eat a large amount of vegetables with a “side “of protein. This is truly a way of eating that I can continue the rest of my life.
The program includes a cleanse that I was a bit nervous about, but it was actually much easier to do than I anticipated. It feels good to give your body a bit of a “break” to let go of toxins.

I had been 'stuck' at a weight I knew was unhealthy and needed a jump start to get things going again. I decided to try Kansas City Laser-Like Lipo. Their laser and sauna sessions, paired with a diet/nutrition and supplement program (and the accountability of keeping a food journal), helped get me over the hump to lose about 23 lb and got my visceral fat percentage into the healthy range; the loss was visibly obvious, and I was able to fit back into clothes I was starting to doubt would ever fit again. AND, I was able to do this over the time period that spanned Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and it was an over-all great experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are super friendly, well organized, and they put a smile on my face each time I come in for a treatment. This program produced very good results for me a 10% drop in my overall weight and a drop in body size. If you’re reading this review thus far please know I don’t give out high marks or reviews very often, but this program & support team receive my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend KCLLL! I have wanted to do red light therapy for a long time, especially following 4 knee surgeries in one year. The benefits of red light therapy combined with the sauna are vast - it helped with swelling and inflammation throughout my body, toxin release, weight loss and an overall energy and mood boost! I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the whole-body effects. The atmosphere is calming and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and fun to be around. I’ll definitely be back.

Laser-Like Lipo has been one of the best discoveries in the last ten years of my life. As an older woman the stomach size is the largest part of my body. Starting clothes size of 24 whenI started has dropped to size 10. I would suggest ANYONE that needs a lift in health to go through the Laser-Like Lipo program.

Laser-like Lipo at Dr. Jeremy's office is great! Its easy, painless and actually pretty relaxing. It was awesome to see those inches come off.

I have been using KC Laser-Like Lipo services since March 2025. I am now down ~ 30+ pounds! I was a size 14, now size 8 is baggy on me... When I started, my clothes did not fit. Now my clothes do not fit (in a good way / my clothes are all waaaay too big)!
The biggest priority for me is RESULTS. My body has been transformed because of these treatments! My favorites are Max Miracle and the sauna. My weekly visits are some of the best parts of my week!
