Kansas City Laser-Like Lipo®

I have done various diets and programs for many years and was still currently morbidly obese. I was a bit skeptical about signing up again for another program, but after meeting with Dr. Jeremy, I decided I needed to do this for myself. The holidays were coming up, and I did not want to gain more weight, so I signed up in November.
The nutrition program focuses on clean eating. I am not a big meat eater and this is not a high protein diet like so many that I have done previously. I like that the menu suggestions are to eat a large amount of vegetables with a “side “of protein. This is truly a way of eating that I can continue the rest of my life.
The program includes a cleanse that I was a bit nervous about, but it was actually much easier to do than I anticipated. It feels good to give your body a bit of a “break” to let go of toxins.
The red light treatments are fantastic! I look forward to downtime during the treatment and then enjoy the sauna afterwards. I am down nearly 20 pounds (instead of up another 10 because of the holidays). I’ve lost a total of 21 inches so far. I am thrilled that I am a smaller size than I have been at this same weight previously, and my visceral fat is down by two!
I definitely recommend Kansas City Laser-Like Lipo to anyone wanting to lose fat and learn a healthy way of eating.
