I picked this weight loss center after watching a friend of mine who lost a lot of weight and got her figure back and she has kept this weight off for 2 years. Since I started I am down several dress sizes. This plan has been a great jump start on my weight loss journey. I never thought I would loose this weight after age 68.

I have really enjoyed the services here! They are professional and have helped me lose over 30 pounds and many inches! The inflammation in my body is way down too! Everything is very clean and comfortable. It’s my little restful escape each week to invest in my health.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Jeremy on Great Day Kansas City. Taking the initiative to get a grasp on my health, so I can be a better me. I was borderline stage 2 diabetic and I needed to change some things. Since, I enrolled myself into one of their programs. I have been faced with an incredible team of health coaches for all my ups and downs. Not to mention the 4 different machines for light therapy. Each machine works on a different area or pinpoints an area of concern. The combination of light therapy and a good diet have helped with subcutaneous and visceral fat.
This has also helped with any inflammation I've had. Infrared sauna is an absolute must.... To get rid of all those toxins. .....And then you will stand on a vibration plate with oxygen. This really gets the blood pumping. Everytime I leave this place, I feel energized as if I had a workout.... Actually giving me that...

To say I was skeptical in the beginning was probably pretty accurate. I did the red light therapy treatments with the dry heat sauna and followed the diet regiment. I started April 21 and on my waist area I am down 7 inches and so far have lost 14 lbs. I am happy wirh my results I do however wish I had lost more of my visceral fat. I will continue at my gym and keep working as this was just a first step. The staff here is amazing... so nice and answered all my crazy food questions. I appreciate them all. Thanks for getting me started.... Now onward and upward (not in pounds) but my weight loss journey

I was having trouble losing weight on my own & knew it was time to take a different look at how I could achieve this. I had seen many ads on TV about KCLLL & decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I loved the nutritional part of the program along with the Journaling. And the laser treatments were like being at a spa. I especially like all the ladies that helped me through the nutrition & treatments. So friendly!! I have lost 17lbs. So far! But I'm not done!

We started the journey skeptical but followed the guide. We learned so much about food sources, protein, and intermittent fasting. We tried to follow 100% but fudged a bit (as they say 80% is good, 20% fudge ok). We lost weight (husband 30 and I lost 14) and feel GREAT! If you join the journey, be prepared to be all in and ask lots of questions You’ll be surprised of how it changes your perspective on healthy food and nutrition.

I have done various diets and programs for many years and was still currently morbidly obese. I was a bit skeptical about signing up again for another program, but after meeting with Dr. Jeremy, I decided I needed to do this for myself. The holidays were coming up, and I did not want to gain more weight, so I signed up in November.
The nutrition program focuses on clean eating. I am not a big meat eater and this is not a high protein diet like so many that I have done previously. I like that the menu suggestions are to eat a large amount of vegetables with a “side “of protein. This is truly a way of eating that I can continue the rest of my life.
The program includes a cleanse that I was a bit nervous about, but it was actually much easier to do than I anticipated. It feels good to give your body a bit of a “break” to let go of toxins.

I had been 'stuck' at a weight I knew was unhealthy and needed a jump start to get things going again. I decided to try Kansas City Laser-Like Lipo. Their laser and sauna sessions, paired with a diet/nutrition and supplement program (and the accountability of keeping a food journal), helped get me over the hump to lose about 23 lb and got my visceral fat percentage into the healthy range; the loss was visibly obvious, and I was able to fit back into clothes I was starting to doubt would ever fit again. AND, I was able to do this over the time period that spanned Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and it was an over-all great experience.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are super friendly, well organized, and they put a smile on my face each time I come in for a treatment. This program produced very good results for me a 10% drop in my overall weight and a drop in body size. If you’re reading this review thus far please know I don’t give out high marks or reviews very often, but this program & support team receive my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend KCLLL! I have wanted to do red light therapy for a long time, especially following 4 knee surgeries in one year. The benefits of red light therapy combined with the sauna are vast - it helped with swelling and inflammation throughout my body, toxin release, weight loss and an overall energy and mood boost! I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the whole-body effects. The atmosphere is calming and the staff is so friendly, welcoming and fun to be around. I’ll definitely be back.
