After my experience with the representatives at ServiceMaster, I was encouraged to post my first review. My encounter with Brian Ratajczak and Jacob Leonard was very impressive from the very beginning. Having been in sales and service myself, I know how important what they exhibited is. I've always believed that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. They both displayed genuine care for me as an individual from the very beginning. Jeremy from ServiceMaster came to my home after my basement flooded. He was extremely helpful and kind. I chose to go with another company to do the remediation work, and there was an issue with my insurance company. Jeremy worked internally with his team to ensure that I was not unnecessarily billed for services. These guys worked their tales off and kept a great attitude.
Nothing went easy for them but they worked hard, got the job done.

Had a sump pump failure resulting in a soaked carpet with a pad intergrated. Marsha walked me through the process and what they would do. Since the carpet would be thrown away regardless of other actions, I asked her to send me a note so I could have proof of the standard process for my insurance. Even without receiving a committment from me on the further actions, she provided the note. What a wonderful company helping people in the community without regard for contracted businss.
