We had a small piece folder down and out. Got a new part in and it didn’t immediately work. Nathan was able to come in and troubleshoot with me and slowly but surely we made progress all the way to a fixed machine. He stuck with us the whole time even with all our contacts not getting back to us. It’s always a pleasure to work with him and I know Nathan will get us a resolution and has amazing communication skills to keep us in the loop when waiting for parts and repairs. Give this man a raise he deserves it!

The repairman quickly made repairs to fix problem and then checked several things to make sure machine is back working as it should once he found a water inlet problem he then checked the other machines water inlet to make sure they were good he did not have to check anything except what he was called to repair Nate was trying to make sure we had no further problems with other machines with a repairman trying to help customers it really looks good on AAdvantage as far as quality of service you provide to your customers
