The moment you enter through the elevators you get a real sense.of being welcomed. The facility itself is emasculate and the waiting area is well designed with warm colors and comfortable furniture. absolutely first class! When I was called to go for my treatment one of staff assistants was so kind, knowledgeable and educated me and n my procedures She even discussed pricing with me which was very comforting. . So exceeded my expectations as I was the Director of client services fire CHANEL for many years so I truly know what outstanding service is. When Dr Katz came into the treatment room he also gave me a heartfelt hello and handl shake. He too walked me through the procedure and as he was performing his. Incredible talented work it was a very comfortable painless process. His work is truly flawless. He has been in the industry for a long time and in fact he is the original creator of many of the extraordinary treatments they provide. I truly feel that Juva is the Best Skin and laser Center in the tru state area. I would highly recommend Juva. They are keeping me in top form.
