JUVA Skin & Laser Center

I went in for a dermatology related check up and the visit itself was fine. They collected my insurance information and scheduled follow ups. A week after the visit I received a bill for over $500, and when I check my insurance history it never received a claim from Juva. I tried calling their billing center 5 times and was on hold for hours and hours. Now I don't know what to do.. They will probably send my bill to collection and I will have to contact my lawyer to get this sorted out which is very annoying.

JUVA is my all time favorite skin and spa facility in NYC. My facialist Polina took great care of me and the results were always fabulous, not to mention she is also a registered nurse. The treatments are always the latest and top of the line. With Polina and JUVA I was always in great hands. It's a great place and I hope it stays open for years to come.
