We went to Fredericton for a drive as we were driving byJim Gilbert's Wheels and Deals I told my husband to stop and look at the trucks we had no intentions of getting one but the saleman Tony Grant was so nice and friendly we actually left with a 2015 Silverado we love the service we got there recommend this dealer to our friends we love our truck

I dealt with Jim Gilberts a few years back and they were amazing. I am currently in the market for a new vehicle as I will be passing this one on to my son as he ventures in to the world of being a licensed driver. I am hoping to find someone as awesome here in Ontario as I did when I found Justin Roy at Wheels and Deals. Amazing! A wonderful experience. Went in at 830 am and drove away at 130 with a 2015 chev cruise. First car ever bought not off kijiji and I couldn't be happier! I don't normally leave reviews, but the amazing experience that I lived yesterday at Jim Gilberts Wheels and Deals was outstanding. The salesman Nick Van Beek made me feel like a guest rather than a customer. The whole team was extremely friendly, the waiting area was more than comfortable, and the hospitality from beginning to end was beyond expectation. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

PS: I told them the car I wanted at opening (830am - 2015 hyundai accent) and I drove away with the vehicle the same day at 4 PM.

Great service. Something you don't see anymore are companies that take after their customers instead most just want your money. This company cares about their costumers %100 and bends over backwards For you. Got a great car in January and they took good care of me when i brought in my car to my nitrogen tires filled and looked at even plugged a hole. Thanks again ill definatly reccomend to everyone i know.

I would rate the service as a 10 hands down! Brad was so fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, and knew all of the great features of each of the vehicles I tested. All of the staff I spoke to while at the dealership were so friendly and all showed a lot of enthusiasm in their work and were excited to be part of my big purchase. I visited 3 other dealerships before making my decision, and none of them held a card to Wheels and Deals. The salespeople were pushy and knew nothing about their vehicles. They were all in it for the ‘sale’. I did not feel that way with Brad – He truly took the time to identify my needs (and wants) and helped me to make an informed decision. I didn’t feel any pressure from him at all to buy for the sake of buying. This is the 3rd vehicle in 4 years that I have purchased with Wheels and Deals. So many...

Will took the time to explain which SUV was best fit for my needs and he went above and beyond the make the deal right for me. My husband bought his truck there 3 years ago and we loved the service so much that we said we would come back when time to purchase another vehicle.

I would rate it a 10 since I don’t think I can say an 11. Staff answered every question I had even the somewhat stupid ones. I did not feel like I was pressured to do anything. Went to look at another car a year ago at another used car dealership and left feeling like I needed a shower I had been sleezed so bad. Left your place with a smile on my face. I would like to say thank you to the staff buying my first used can could of been a huge headache but you guys made is stress free.
