I needed a plumbing company that specialized in Noritz Tankless Hot Water Heaters and Jay was listed on the manufacturer’s website. I did some research on the company and read previous reviews. This company did not disappoint. The customer service was impeccable from my initial phone call to Jay servicing my hot water heater in person . He was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be using this company for the annual system cleans.

Jay’s plumbing came to my rescue during an emergency leak in my kitchen. He came out diagnose the problem and provided me a reasonable quote. His work is of great quality and I would recommend him to complete your plumbing needs. Thanks Jay

I particularly wanted to use a local company and they are right up the road from me. Jay immediately diagnosed and corrected a strange problem of toilet tank water siphoning back into the water line after commnity water had been shut off for infrastructure repairs and then turned back on. The water that then came out of my sink and tub faucets was the blue water from the bleach tablet I used in the toilet tank. He also made other repairs to the toilet.

Protected and cleaned up area after clearing kitchen drain. Advised how to keep drain clear of buildup.
