I love Jamie Catto coz he’s git cheeky, and has a no-bullshit way with words, spirituality and people. I only found out about his work in January this year but I am so glad I did. For the first time in my life I feel truly accepted. He has a way of coaxing you out your shell, confronting your shadow, and connecting you with your inner child. I have depression, anxiety and PTSD, been going to various so called experts for years, none have helped like Jamie has, and that’s without one to one mentoring. Incredible. Since I started going to Jamie’s free weekly Zoom meetings and just hearing people open up and allowing themselves to be vulnerable out loud has helped me do the same. I emailed Jamie to let him know I was interested in attending some of his full day workshops, but didn’t have the cash, not a problem. Jamie is exactly what the world needs right now! He brings his unique magic, wisdom, fun & kindness to his workshops. The phrase ‘low hanging fruit’ is bandied about, but sometimes it’s that simple shift / recalibration that can make all the difference. Life-affirming stuff!
