The communication from the group, start to finish, was great! The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because I was hoping more negative marks would have fallen off my report and I would have reached over 700 but that’s didn’t happen unfortunately. Felix has been helping me fix my credit since about June, I started in the mid 500s and as of January I’m in the 700s! They send me texts and emails to keep me posted on my Fico scores and they always send me important emails on how to build credit and why it’s important. They have a monitoring tool that I have a subscription for that shows me my scores and their portal is really easy to navigate for uploading documents when the credit bureaus respond. Felix has been great, i don’t think i would have been able to do This without him. He got one card removed from my report so I was so excited to see that. Very polite and easy to talk too! Boosted my credit very communicative.. however you do have to pay a monthly fee for them to keep us with your credit score. But I don’t mind it is well worth it!
