They also walked us through on how to make changes financially to also help us build our credit scores through personal changes!! Felix was assigned to us when we signed up and he has been so awesome with keeping us updated and walking us through the process!! The communication from the group, start to finish, was great! The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because I was hoping more negative marks would have fallen off my report and I would have reached over 700 but that’s didn’t happen unfortunately. However, the one I was most concerned about was resolved and my credit score did go up some.
