I had a conference call with Teresa and Ben last week for an IRS issue I am having and they couldn't have been more helpful. Most groups would have done all they could to close me and make money off my situation, however, after speaking with them for about 45 minutes, I realized I could do this on my own. Mr. Sheehan has helped me on two occasions. On the personal level I had an accountant who just out and out failed to file my personal taxes - after he had done the work and I had signed off on it... Mr. Sheehan got the penalties waived. On the second issue I was volunteering for a non-profit. I learned that the Executive Director had failed to file tax returns, endangering the tax exempt status of the organization. Mr. Sheehan intervened and saved the day. No penalties and we kept our exempt status!
