It’s early in the process but so far everyone at Integrity First Home Buyers has been helpful, kind, and eager to get the property sold.

I began working with Integrity First Home Buyers just a few short weeks ago and I say, unequivocally, I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received. Starting with the very first phone call, Carter eased most of my cares and concerns and alleviated a lot of the stress associated with everything going on. Carter set everything up and I had an appointment for Jason to come out and survey my property. We called Eric buys your house because of the TV commercial with Eric and his mom cindy. Jason one of his Representatives came out to visit my self and my wife pat. We're not quite sure if we want to sell or not but Jason showed up on time and he was very professional and personable. Adam was very good at explaining the process to me. He was understanding about an emotional decision to sell my home. I really appreciated his knowledge and time. Unfortunately I didn't go with his company and decided on a realtor. He's has been great at reaching back out to me.

I would highly recommend Mitch Kemp and Integrity First Home Buyers. I was moving out of the area and didn't want to coordinate the timing of two houses and missing out just because mine didn't sell. Mitch was very low pressure and realistic. I would get post cards from other companies with unrealistic prices and I'm sure they would come in lower. He set expectations and explained the process and communicated the whole way. They made a fair offer of what I thought I would get going through a traditional sale process but I knew an exact figure and an exact date which made it easier to search in my new area. The Settlement Closing was clear and shorter than other Closings I've been through. Mitch said his job was to make this easy for me and he certainly did that. Greatly appreciated.

What an easy experience. I spoke to Carter in the morning and he was able to send Adam the same day. Everything was informative and very easy to understand. So happy we could make our future plans happen with their help.
