I began working with Integrity First Home Buyers just a few short weeks ago and I say, unequivocally, I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received. Starting with the very first phone call, Carter eased most of my cares and concerns and alleviated a lot of the stress associated with everything going on. Carter set everything up and I had an appointment for Jason to come out and survey my property. Jason was in contact with me very quickly and, before making the two hour drive to my home, he had a rough plan for us moving forward. Great experience..really made everything pretty easy and smooth. Big thanks to Adam who was the initial person that looked at my property and was involved in every step of the process. His responses were prompt and if he didn't have an answer to a question...which was rarely...he had someone right away to help. From the second I made the decision to sell my house and reach out to them my experience was amazing. I spoke with two Jasons. The first Jason took all my information and was very professional, kind and considerate about my dilemma. He did not pretend to know something if he did not, he took the time to inquire with others about answers and get back to me, absolutely no BS. The second Jason called me to discuss the offer and again was just as professional and considerate as the first , he gave me the offer (I am still considering) He also took time to give me other advice on what I could do with my home, again no BS. We called Eric buys your house because of the TV commercial with Eric and his mom cindy. Jason one of his Representatives came out to visit my self and my wife pat. We're not quite sure if we want to sell or not but Jason showed up on time and he was very professional and personable. His offer wasn't too bad but we're just not quite ready to make a decision and he was completely understandable. Adam was very good at explaining the process to me. He was understanding about an emotional decision to sell my home. I really appreciated his knowledge and time. Unfortunately I didn't go with his company and decided on a realtor. He's has been great at reaching back out to me.

I would highly recommend Mitch Kemp and Integrity First Home Buyers. I was moving out of the area and didn't want to coordinate the timing of two houses and missing out just because mine didn't sell. Mitch was very low pressure and realistic. I would get post cards from other companies with unrealistic prices and I'm sure they would come in lower. He set expectations and explained the process and communicated the whole way. They made a fair offer of what I thought I would get going through a traditional sale process but I knew an exact figure and an exact date which made it easier to search in my new area. The Settlement Closing was clear and shorter than other Closings I've been through. Mitch said his job was to make this easy for me and he certainly did that. Greatly appreciated.

What an easy experience. I spoke to Carter in the morning and he was able to send Adam the same day. Everything was informative and very easy to understand. So happy we could make our future plans happen with their help.

We did some negotiation, but they were so respectful and fair. Asking what our needs and goals were and clearly you got get what u did if u listed the home. But sometimes that expense and level of repairs isn't possible.. they provide a service, as everyone needs to make profits to survive. But Carter and his partner were first to ask what and why.... But best of all the listened! Carter impressed me with his gitter done spirit... He was contacting me on his own initiative... I am a real estate agent and that is the talent you look for in New recruits for your business! Amazed at his age. Which was young, but for someone at that stage I never guessed .. he conducted himself is in true professional manor at every interaction . Hear he is getting real estate license! I have competition coming when he passes! I left out one star.. not Carter or his super relatable full of good advice...
