Once I felt I had a problem with mold in my basement, I googled mold remediation for my area ( northeast Poconos) Pinterest came up with 2 companies, I left a message with both and I got an immediate response from Integra-Clean&Dry. At first Michelle said she would not be able to get someone (her husband Scott) to the house since he was going out of town, but she called me back and told me Scott would be there the next day. Scott told me right away that he would get rid of my mold situation . He was knowledgeable, professional and always laughed. He made me feel that I had a situation that wasn't unusual or "dirty". We called the insurance company, the workers were there the next day with all the equipment and now I feel the house is healthy again. Thank you Scott and your crew ( including Scott Jr.) for doing a great job.
